Not gonna lie, the content was fine overall. It wasn’t anything amazing, but it got the job done and was okay for what I needed.

I took this PESI course a couple of weeks ago, and I was glad I made time for it. It felt really relevant to the kind of work I’m doing with clients day to day, not just a bunch of theory. By the next week, I had already tried a few of the ideas in practice, which is always a good sign for me. The course was easy to follow and definitely felt worth the time

I’ve watched a few PESI trainings now, the audio and video quality has been really good. The sound is clear, there’s no weird echo or distracting stuff, and the slides and video are easy to follow. It’s nothing flashy, but maybe that’s a good thing? It just works the way you’d expect it to, which makes longer sessions a lot easier to sit through. I feel like that makes a big difference when you’re trying to stay focused, right?

I thought the examples were really clear, and I personally learned a lot. It felt like the person teaching actually knows the practice inside and out, which made the whole experience more useful for me.

Umm, the post-course assessment was easy to follow overall. A couple of the questions were worded a little weirdly, but for the most part it was clear, and I got through it without much trouble.

There were a ton of courses to choose from, like way more than I expected. I found what I needed quickly, but for a second I was dramatically overwhelmed in the best way. Great variety overall.

I’ve used pesi.com a handful of times for trainings, and the payment process has been painless. I almost expected something annoying to happen, but it didn’t.

The charge matched exactly what I saw at checkout, and the receipt showed up in my email right away. I’m usually skeptical about online billing, even though this one felt straightforward, so I still checked for random fees and didn’t find any.

I’d give it 4 stars because the invoice section in my account could be easier to find. So in a way billing was easy, but also slightly annoying if you need to look something up later. Overall though, everything was accurate and I didn’t have any real problems.

Videos loaded just fine for me, and the playback was steady most of the time. Compared to what I’ve seen with some other people complaining about constant buffering, this was a lot smoother. I did get one quick pause during a session, but it picked back up without much trouble.

I had a question about getting into my course, customer service handled it well. They got back to me the same day and fixed the issue without turning it into some big hassle, which I really appreciated. I’m giving 4 stars just because I did have to wait a few hours, but overall they were nice, helpful, and got it sorted...

I used pesi for a couple of continuing ed courses, it was fine. The classes were useful enough and easy to get through, which I appreciated. Not exactly groundbreaking, but they got the job done. My main gripe was with the CE credit info. Most of it lined up with what I needed, but one course had details that were confusing enough that I had to reach out to support just to make sure. It all worked out eventually, so credit where it’s due, but I’d definitely recommend checking the credits yourself before buying. Overall, not bad, just not as clear as it probably should be.

Overall, I feel like it’s a good value. My gut reaction was that most of the courses seem worth it, but a few do feel a bit expensive for what you get. Still, I’d say it’s worth checking out if the topics match what you’re looking for.

I really enjoyed getting to chat with other people during the trainings. Hearing how different peers approached the same topics helped me spot common patterns and connect the dots a lot faster. Those discussions made the sessions feel more practical and a lot more engaging

i get emails from pesi regularly, but it never feels like too much. they’re easy to skim through, and i like that i can just skip over anything that doesn’t apply to me.

I used PESI for a course, getting my certificate was smooth :) Once I finished everything, it showed up where it was supposed to, and I was able to download it without a bunch of hassle.

I did have to poke around my account page for a minute to find it, but once I did, it was easy. I was mostly just relieved it didn’t turn into one of those long back-and-forth email situations! I’d use them again.

The live events actually fit around my work schedule well, so it’s been easy to keep up

I’ve taken a few PESI courses now, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how useful the information has been. The trainings are generally solid and I usually walk away with something practical. My only complaint is that the sales pitch during the presentations can drag on a bit and feel like too much at times. Overall though, I still think they’re worth it. I just wish they’d keep the promotional parts shorter.

I mostly use the PESI app to watch courses on my phone, and overall it’s been solid. It loads quickly, and the videos usually play smoothly even when I’m not on Wi-Fi, which is super helpful!

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that every now and then it signs me out, or the video doesn’t pick up where I left off. It’s not a huge problem, but it can be a little annoying :/
That said, the app does what I need it to do and makes it easy to keep up with my trainings on the go. Happy with it overall!

I ordered a workbook from PESI and it actually arrived faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. The packaging was solid, nothing was bent or damaged, and checkout was straightforward. it's refreshing when a company just handles an order properly instead of making customers chase things down. I'd be fine ordering from them again
